I have the same problem; they offered me 11 weeks of vacation free; on those weeks I just have to pay taxes for the resorts and maintenance fee ones a year.I paid $12,500 for it.
Then they didn't respect that they said; they gave me just one week for my money and I have to pay the maintenance every year for a lot of money, so everything is a lie. Do you have resolve your problem? If yes let me know how?

Bought time share in orlando for 13k.used 7yrs while paying 550 maintenance yearly. bought KGI Destinations a low cost travel club &turned our T.S. back to them.

They are a waste of money. I gave them back my timeshares plus some money and was supposed to be able to book locations at a discounted price.
It worked one year. Thereafter, they never had anything available. The last time I used them was three years ago and ended up paying almost full price for a dump.
I was not the only one they scammed because there was a number of people at the front desk all complaining at the same time. We had all been referred to this place by KGI.

KGI Destinations is a Total RipOff
During a 2015 walk in the market in downtown Charleston, SC we were accosted on the street by a KGI promo rep who arranged for us to attend a brief sales program a couple hours later, with the promise of several perks just for attending ($50 Visa card, carriage ride and harbor cruise coupons, etc). We attended and listened and bought in, albeit at the lower end of the scale.
A short time after returning home I set up my account on their website..so far, so good. Fast forward to May 2016, I'm trying to logon to set up some travel, my logon no longer works. Multiple messages were sent from within the site requesting PW assistance, to no avail (no calls, no emails). Additionally, multiple voice mails left at their toll-free office numbers likewise failed to elicit any response.
I can only surmise that I've been had by a sham business, and the money I paid is gone down the toilet. I won't give up, as I will be contacting regulatory agencies in SC and in FL where the company is now based (I may hit NC as well, as they once were based in Asheville). I will also examine my options through my CC provider and will I suppose eventually consult an attorney.
NOTE TO CHARLESTON: these guys and several other hucksters of similar ilk are on numerous streets around the Market and are bilking your tourists right under your noses. You should be ashamed for allowing them to blacken the eye of such a wonderful city!

KGI Rip OFF
I was on my trip with my family last year in Charleston and was accosted also by this group - I bought into as it seemed like a great deal - too good to be true - my logon never worked after multiple calls and no service from the agents I dealed with. I disputed charge with my credit card company and after two months they paid.
I did not receive any logon until I called again a few months later and finally got hold of somebody at the service agency. I am and will continue to dispute and get a lawyer to retain my fees as I have not used and to be honest the deals are not deals as shown in the presentation - Charleston should get them off their streets - I will be contacting any agency I can to help other people not fall into this !!!!

I have a membership through kgi also and we have the same problem. They said its price guaranteed and it's a bunch of bull.
Every time I go to use it I found every thing cheaper else where. Out membership almost $8,000 and I have had the membership for almost 3 years and never used it. I called to cancel it and they said there is no cancellation. There cancellation is finish paying off the membership fee.
DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP ITS A JOKE!!! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!!
